I found an abandoned garbage bin sitting outside my apartment's garbage enclosure.
Chaos ensues with the Recycling Bins
Ever since Tuesday this week, the building's recycling bins have been overflowing like crazy. A picture of the bins (taken on Thursday) before collection day: What a mess!
